One Word Film

Basic Summary- Create a short film that represents a word. You must utilize camera shots and angles to help convey your story.

Brainstorming- Me and my partner visualized our brainstorming by going through a sequence of opportunities to try and convey what a film would look like with a person contemplating about their thoughts.

Storyboard- Our storyboard helped visualize our project because it helped us have an idea of how to set the scene we were aiming to achieve. The storyboard also helped describe what editing techniques we should utilize whilst filming the entire piece. 

Editing resources- Me and my partner used parallelism and jump cuts. In the film we used resources like dissolve, fade, pitch to black and white. 

Analysis- I think me and my partner conveyed the story well instead of using a montage of scenes and used the editing techniques well. I think we can improve on how certain shots need to be taking and how the camera angle and editing technique can further describe the scene or what is going on in the scene.
